Sleszyn Wielki - village located in Lodz voivodeship in the district of Kutno, commune of Zychlin.

Sobota is a village in the commune of Bielawa, district of Lowicz. In 1393-1870 Sobota was a town. There are two churches, and a vast market square in the middle of the village. In a park there is a manor house stylized as a fortified castle. River Buzra flows across the park. Those who have visited Sobota agree that this place has a soul.

Picturesque village Marzyce near Lowicz is famous for two things: the open-air ethnographic museum of folk culture in Lowicz region, and the first welded bridge in the world.

A classicistic palace in Walewice was erected in the years 1783-1784 for Anastazy Colonna-Walewski, King Stanislaus Augustus Poniatowski's chamberlain. It is known for the legend of the famous love affair between Emperor Napoleon Buonaparte and Countess Walewska.
